No. FBC Tasks are zone board chores. The FBC Terminal is a separate World Feat quiz (Yes/Yes/No answers).

CONTROL Resonant FBC Tasks — Diligent Consultant

Quick answer: FBC Tasks are zone board chores (not the FBC Terminal World Feat quiz). Unlock by talking to the NPC outside the Central Field Office. Complete any 20 of 42 tasks across seven boards for the Diligent Consultant trophy/achievement.

How boards work

Each Manhattan zone with a Field Office / Task Board offers a local checklist (clear nests, contain items, photos, etc.). You do not need all 42 — twenty any-board clears unlock Diligent Consultant. Pair with Collectibles cleanup for cameras, hideouts, and taxis.
