CONTROL Resonant Tools — Pickpocket’s Tool & Wallet Artifact
Quick answer: The two storefront CONTROL Resonant tools players search for are the Pickpocket’s Tool (pre-order Artifact — also called Lockpick’s Tool in some guides) and the Untapped Artifact (Wallet) (Digital Deluxe). Both craft at Artifact Formation in The Gap after early story progress. Unofficial companion dossier.
