CONTROL Resonant Preorder, Price & Editions — Outfits & SteelBook
Quick answer (preorder / price): CONTROL Resonant digital pre-orders included the Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket’s Tool on all platforms; PlayStation also got Occult. Standard is listed around $59.99; Digital Deluxe around $69.99 with artbook, OST, Wallet, starter bundle, and AWE Mission Outfit. Physical Standard and SteelBook streeted October 15, 2026 on PS5/Xbox. Confirm live storefront prices — this companion does not sell keys.
CONTROL Resonant preorder / pre-order bonus
Digital pre-order language still matters for entitlement checks after launch: Hiss Corruption Outfit and Pickpocket’s Tool Artifact on every platform, plus Occult Outfit on PlayStation only. Occult is not on Steam, Epic, or Xbox. If you bought after the pre-order window, verify what your receipt still granted rather than assuming every cosmetic listed in old pre-order copy is on your account.
CONTROL Resonant price by edition
US framing used across this dossier: Standard ~$59.99, Digital Deluxe ~$69.99, with regional listings often near €59.99 / £49.99 Standard and €69.99 / £59.99 Deluxe or SteelBook. Steam lists a Digital Deluxe Upgrade for eligible Standard owners. Physical / SteelBook do not include Deluxe digital extras and do not use that $10 upgrade path per Remedy Help Center guidance mirrored on which edition.
| Edition | Price framing | Key extras |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | ~$59.99 | Base game; pre-order Hiss + Pickpocket (Occult on PS) |
| Digital Deluxe | ~$69.99 | Artbook, OST, Wallet, starter bundle, AWE outfit; PS5 EA Sep 22 |
| Physical / SteelBook | Oct 15 disc | SteelBook adds case, prints, poster, slipcase — not Deluxe digital |
SteelBook, Siblings Collection, merch
SteelBook is the physical collectible SKU (case, three fine-art prints, key-art poster, slipcase) — not a PC disc and not iam8bit apparel. Siblings Collection on Steam pairs CONTROL Ultimate Edition with Resonant Digital Deluxe (bundle pricing often near $98.98 with discount). Merch is a separate partner purchase. No Resonant OST vinyl announced; Deluxe soundtrack is digital.
Decide with price first (Standard), digital extras (Deluxe), or disc packaging (Physical / SteelBook). Full decision tree: which edition. Cosmetics list: outfits.
Preorder and pre order spellings hit the same entitlement questions: Hiss Corruption, Pickpocket’s Tool, and PS Occult versus Deluxe digital extras.
Price snapshots on this page are dossier framing — regional storefronts and sales can move numbers without changing the Standard / Deluxe / SteelBook structure.
Complete Set is an in-game Altered Item mission name, not a retail collector SKU; do not confuse it with Digital Deluxe “everything digital” shopping language.
Wallet artifact crafting still happens in The Gap after Deluxe ownership — buying Deluxe is not the same as auto-equipping Wallet mid-prologue.
CONTROL Resonant preorder bonuses were storefront-timed; after launch, verify library entitlements instead of re-buying Standard hoping Occult appears on PC.
Siblings Collection is the Steam path when you still need CONTROL Ultimate Edition plus Resonant Digital Deluxe in one cart.
SteelBook’s prints and slipcase do not substitute for the Deluxe OST or AWE Mission Outfit — package collectors and digital-extra collectors are different buyers.
Always re-check live Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox prices before treating $59.99 / $69.99 as permanent CONTROL Resonant price tags.

Digital Deluxe Upgrade on Steam is the post-purchase path for eligible Standard owners who later want artbook, OST, Wallet, starter bundle, and AWE Mission Outfit.
Merch through iam8bit is separate from editions — apparel does not change which game SKU you should buy.
CONTROL Resonant preorder copy still circulates in search results months after launch because wardrobe entitlements remain confusing across platforms.
Standard versus Deluxe price gaps of about ten US dollars are the practical commerce question; SteelBook is a packaging question, not a Deluxe digital extras question.
Confirm Occult only on PlayStation entitlement lists — PC and Xbox Standard owners should not expect that exclusive skin from a non-PS preorder.
Live storefront receipts beat old preorder marketing screenshots when you are auditing which CONTROL Resonant price tier and cosmetics you actually own.
