Walkthrough

1. Repair terminal: Module beside the terminal, module near the entrance rack, radar dish by cell C-03 up onto the antenna — then boot the terminal.
2. Cell ID: Note says labels were meant clockwise; Langston mixed directions → answer D-04 (B-02 is rejected).
3. Radio: Take World’s Fair Radio from the opened cell; place it in E-05 only during World’s Fair dialogue (wrong timing resets it — retry).
